We jump on a call have a 15 minute chat to establish what you would like to achieve in your 1-2-1 session.
Onboarding
To work on a 1-2-1 basis with me we have to verify your ID and go through an onboarding process, this is a requirement from the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
When this is complete I will request relevant documents to familiarise myself with your case.
Consultation
Depending on complexity we spend 30 mins going through your case, your requirements and your objectives. After that I get to work.
Advice & Follow On
You will then receive a formal written advice note. This sets out the background of your case, the issues, your legal position and what next steps are available to you.
Any further suggested work will be outlined with a relevant fixed fee in this note.
